The technology they use is by far so amazing it allows clients and the team to be in Sink with schedules, confirmations, and communication. It’s efficient and effective. The owner takes so much pride in delivering fine customer service. I had a small issue and the response was overwhelming! From the staff to the owner! Everyone who works here comes across as so caring and that is not easy to find. Jason wants every customer to be happy with the work and he and his team go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I felt like I was part of the process. Even by scheduling they wanted my dates for convenience. We are talking A tub reglaze. They have core values that they stick to. I am so glad i went with this company!!!! Thank you Jason! ~ selma B

The Technician that came to our house was Alex Vivar. He arrived on time at 8am on November 7, 2024. He did an amazing job on reglazing our shower as well as the tile on the walls. It came out beautiful and looks like a brand new shower! He was professional and answered some questions that I had. He was conscientious as he worked and protected our porcelain tile floors and walls making sure none of the chemicals got on them. Definitely will refer this company and a shootout to Jason too who made my appointment and was very skilled in explaining the choices that I had regarding the shower reglaze. Wonderful work in my kitchen resurfacing my tiled walls, countertops and old work station. The sink was beautiful as well, but be aware that sinks are much more likely to chip and not last the way the other surfaces will. That being said my experience of JLF was first class all the way. A few months after the initial job I did have a kink with a small area which appeared to be peeling, but they came to correct immediately, and now months later everything is still in shiny beautiful condition. Lovely people to work with on the phone and in person - polite, kind, professional and super clean on the job. I would use JLF again and again. Loved them. Oh and reasonable rates - budget friendly. ~ Samantha R

I needed to get my tub Re glazed so I called JLF to get a price, I wasn’t quite ready to do it. They were very helpful in giving me all the information I needed. My bathroom kept getting pushed back every couple of weeks by delays. JLF stayed in touch every two weeks for two months till I was ready. They came in and did an amazing job my bath tub looks like new!! I am loving how it turned out. Thank you JLF for being so accommodating for all my needs. I would highly Recommend their services and I would give them a 5 out of 5 star rating. I actually would give them a 10 out of 5 that’s how good they were. Staff were knowledgeable, provided details, insight, and booked job quickly. The technician Carlos M. was great to work with, timely, friendly and informative. The final product came out beautiful. We regretted our original dark grout selection for years, and the reglaze process allowed us to change the grout color, and make the tile look new again for an affordable price! The cotton gloss white is a perfect match to our tub, not too bright, just perfect. We are so glad we reglazed versus replacing the existing tile, it looks new again and better than before! JLF Tub and Tile Reglazing were not only immediately responsive to my inquiry but also was able to accommodate my schedule. They communicate every step of the way. Walter was a terrific, professional and conscientious worker and took his time to do it perfectly. (I had used a different company years ago that did not stand the test of time and bubbled immediately so I’m thrilled this was done the right way this time.) I am told by another contractor that the trick is to wait even longer than the prescribed time to run hot water on it so it sets completely. Beautiful job. We can't say enough good things about Jason and his team at JLF Reglazing! Our property management team uses JLF frequently for tile and tub reglazing projects throughout the LA area. They're our first call when we have a tub repair at one of the properties we manage. Scheduling is easy and all of their technicians are highly trained and experienced. We frequently do survey responses from our tenants when a job has been completed and JLF scored 5 out of 5 stars for each of their reviews in 2023. What an incredible experience, Walter was so professional, no mess and on time Our shower tile was in great shape hardly ever used this spare bathroom shower, we just wanted to change the 80 color and make the bathroom look currant. We didn't break the bank, accomplished our end goal and our result fabulous!! Only took hours instead of weeks of remodeling , for us it made sense looks clean, fresh and feeks like a brand new shower. Every person at JLF was so professional and very helpful they were such a delight to deal with I would highly recommend JFL to anyone. I recommend everyone that works for this company. They are timely responding to texts,calls and emails Not only were they on time, they were early They explained everything beforehand and there were no surprises during the process. They refinished the bath tub and surrounding tile and the kitchen sink. It is wonderful!! These are located in a rental house that I evicted the tenants so you can get an idea of how everything was left. Now everything sparkles and you would NEVER know it was in horrible condition. Our bath tub is approximately 40 years old. It looked it. In addition there was rust all around the overflow cap. We considered replacing it and doing a bathroom remodel. However, we heard about JLF tub and tile reglazing and asked for their help. We are glad we did. Marlon repaired the rust areas and reglazed. it. It looks brand new. JLF did a bathtub reglazing for me and they are simply fantastic. Jason and Osiris (forgive me if I misspelled!) at the office were a delight to work with - knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Chris came to handle the tub and he was just amazing,…personable and energetic, he was in and out in less than two hours and did a beautiful job. Walter was fabulous. He was punctual, professional and extremely thorough. JLF’s team is very on top with communication such as a day before reminders and letting you know up-to-date info with time arrival from the service technician. Wish I had done this reglazing sooner. "Wow Wow Wow" so Impressive!!! Walter Arenales did an "Excellent Reglazing Job" it 's above and beyond our expectations being out tub is 38 years old and it was in very poor condition and it looks like it came from a Showroom and looks "Brand New!!!" Walter Arenales has "Exceptional Skills" and is a "Master Craftsman" and his work is truly Perfection!!!! We had the tiles glazed in our bathroom shower and counter top to update the look without spending the money for a whole remodel. All of my interactions with the company setting up the appointment were pleasant and they were vey accommodating. Their text message system reminded me of my upcoming appointment and even let me know when they were on their way to my house. When the man arrived, he was polite and got right to work. JLF Tub & Tile reglazed six of our bathtubs at our residential hotel. They took care of three the first day and came back the following day to finish the other 3. This is not the first time we had our bathtubs reglazed but it is our first with JLF, they did a wonderful job and everyone was as very professional. We were really happy with how easy the process was from requesting a quote to the completed project! Any question I had was answered very soon and they were very flexible when I had to change dates twice. The guys Marlon and Carlos who came to do the work were friendly and very professional. Reglazing has its pitfalls. It is my first time to have them install to 3 tubs. Due to window locations, two has minor debris in air cause some minor touch ups after they were finished. JLF immediately contact me to come back the next day ( I already paid for them). I hope future careful use of these tubs and last a long period. (I am a contractor who knows what is on the right track or not.) ~ roy y

WOW! We are so excited for our bathroom mini makeover! Our tub and tile has gone from a stale 1957 yellow to a modern day bright white (wish they did teeth)! Marlin was a lovely contractor to have in the house -- polite, professional, and left no mess. We may even have him back to reglaze our double sink countertop! AMAZING. Everyone was super friendly from beginning to end. They have tons of options for color. We got the birchbark which came out absolutely beautiful. The workmanship was great and the bathroom was left clean. We HIGHLY recommend if you are looking to reglaze your tub or shower. They even offered to add non-skid to the bottom. We can't say enough.
